Stop Chasing the Perfect Offer

One thing I thought for years was that I just need to create one offer stack.
I enjoyed reading Million Dollar Offers by Alex Hormozi.
His concept of the Offer Stack was a great one.

I took it to heart to figure out the best way to build my maximum offer—trying to put all the important parts in it.

I built an offer that was huge.
It would take a long time to build—and so I hesitated.
I wanted to build the best offer ever.

I spent one year perfecting this one main offer.
There was so much to do.
It felt like I was constantly chasing after it.

Once I had a post-built offer, I showed it to people—
and they were asking for different angles.

One person wanted to hear it as a book or a print version.
The next was happy with the eBook.
Another person wondered if I do in-person events.

There I was with my “perfect” offer—
and it didn’t fit for all the people.

The tricky part in the beginning is it feels like saying no to wrong entry points.
This is when I wondered:
How can I offer all of it?

Like an Agency that also does coaching and consulting.
This is what I call The Offer Tower.

You can handle it in fulfillment like an Agency, when they would like to do it in-house—
then you become their coach.

When they have it figured out,
you become their consultant, stepping occasionally to optimize what they’re doing.

This is one principle of the Offer Tower:
One offer, just different levels of fulfillment.

  • Don’t become a Tactic-Addict

Hey Reader, We are so often concentrated on learning everything there is. We want to be fully prepared. We do more and more research. It is all about knowing the latest tactics. We become addicted to learning the newest tactics. The new update to the tactic we’re already planning to use. There is a quote that got me thinking recently. I’m not sure who said it:“It’s not about learning all the tactics, it’s about becoming the person capable of using the tactics.” We need to become men of…

  • Better Offer

Better Offer The most important thing to improve is: Your offer. This is the foundation of your business. There is no way around that. If you don’t have an offer or you have a bad offer – nobody will buy. Nobody will talk with you. It’s like you’re trying to sell old fish. It smells so bad that nobody is willing to get close to you. No matter how much Marketing you do, word about your bad fish will spread. No matter how much you have optimized in your business or even automated. If your offer…

  • Why Your To-Do List Might Be Holding You Back

Our to-do list feels endless. There are so many things we could do. Some are more important than others. I recently listened to a podcast. They were chatting about this one guy being paid a lot to be an advisor. Yet he didn’t do much. He said that his job was not to add to the tasks in the business, but to make sure they didn’t do anything that hindered the business profits. I have also experienced the same thing. The real difference between success and failure is to do the right things and…

  • Nobody Asked Me This Question…

One thing I keep thinking about is how slow I was going. In the beginning, I kept telling people about all the ideas and plans I had. The response I got was cool. They were all excited for me and interested in what I would do. Yet nobody asked me how fast I can do it. This is the most important question after all. Most of us start solo. So we are our fastest bottleneck too. Our runway is not long. The only question that matters is:How fast can you ship a product to get real results? The…

  • In Business the winner is always the tortoise

Most people start their business as the hare.Sprinting through the tasks. I did that too — thinking the amount of work is what makes the difference. So I tried to become more efficient. I hustled all I could. The interesting twist is:The tortoise will win. That is also true in business. Business is not a sprint. It’s a life-long marathon. There is no shortcut, because it ends when we’re dead. Success will happen when you do the right things at the right time. That’s the foundation side most…
