The One Thing AI Can’t Replace

We all live now in the age of AI.
The way I see it—it’s only the beginning.
There are so many ways this can go.

The one question I keep wondering about is:
​How do I set myself apart from AI?​
How can I still be unique?

While I’m not sure there is only one thing to do—
I believe the answer is this: Being present.

Being present means to be in a room together with full attention.​
You put your phone down this time.

AI can replace many tasks,
but it can never replace real human interaction.

Yes, it will try to mimic relationships,
but it’s not going to be meaningful.

There is something sacred about person-to-person contact.

So the question becomes:
​How do we get the real human interaction?

The best way is offline in the same space.
The next best thing is by being live.
We have video calls that give us a good way to be present for each other.

Being present is about sharing a meaningful conversation.

That’s why I’m writing my newsletter with ink on paper.
I’m writing to you.
I’m fully present in the moment.

There is no distraction.
​No screens. Just pen and paper.​
Just my thoughts for you.

Maybe I’m a fool—but to me, that makes a difference.

My goal is to be there for you.
That I’m present for you.

This is what I believe will lead us to stand out in the time of AI.

I use AI. But I’m not letting it replace our human interaction.
​I’m still Jowi, and we can write, speak, or talk with you.
