We do it the 100X Way

How many struggle with Perfectionism?

I always thought things must be done to 100% completion, yet I seemed to fail every time.

The question became: How should we do things?

We should do it the 100X Way.

Let me explain:

First, you have to put as many seeds (ideas, content, etc.) out into the world.

This is focused on Quantity.

Once the seeds are out – you are in charge to water them and take care of them.

This is giving without asking.

Just be helpful.

None of it has to do with perfection.

We are not looking for the perfect seed.

We are striving to do our job to excellence.

That everybody we help is helped.

How do we get now to the harvest?

This is the 100X.

We are in charge to do our best – seed, water, take care – be helpful.

We can’t control the growth of the plant.

The important part is – we have to prepare for a harvest.

So we plan for 100X and not 10X, but we don’t expect it.

God is giving the growth.

He is blessing the harvest.

How do we apply the 100X Way into our life?

We do everything with urgencyremember: if we don’t water – the plants die.

We do it all to excellence and aim for a 100X return.

That means we go in with a 100X input.

We don’t aim for completion of 100%.

We think and act to multiply.

Don’t hold anything back.

That’s the 100X Way.

Let’s grow together!

  • Declare War on the Hustle

I have to admit something.I love my business and I really enjoy building businesses. That might not be that surprising. The surprising side is that I’m proud of how much I work. 50 hours a week is a good baseline. (I’m actively not counting all things because the shadow schedule is a lot bigger.) I started my business to build for my family, not to run from them. Now I have a business that hides me from my family. When I’m not working, I feel bad about not getting more done. So I get back to…

  • Fix your strategy to gain clarity

I have talked with more than 20 men in my coaching by now. They all dream to grow a business. Yet they all get stuck. They are motivated, they have their reason and are excited to start. Yet they lack the strategy. They want clients. Yet have no offer, no leads, and no conversion. In the end, they are frustrated, confused, and overwhelmed. I know how that feels. I have been there too. It sucks. When we’re in the coaching sessions, I come to bring the strategy to build an offer, get leads, and…

  • Don’t Be Scared of a Post to Fail

Social media gets pretty boring.I read the same posts over and over again. Why do most people post the same stuff? It feels like there is nobody sharing fresh ideas. There are waves of trends. As soon as somebody posts something good,it gets reposted, repurposed a hundred times. They all look alike.Sound alike. Are there no new ideas? I believe it’s for one reason: Because people are actually scared their post won’t get enough likes. They hold back their genuine self, fresh thoughts, and new…

  • Impact over Income

Impact over Income I see it so often online – People are always looking to make money fast. The focus is to get rich. The longer I’m building my business – It’s been 7 years now – the more I enjoy the art of business. The Art of Business is to understand that Impact is bigger than Income. Income is important, but it is the side effect of Impact. Every business should make our world better. The blacksmith made better tools that the farmer could take on the fields. There was always more impact…

  • Facing the Moment of Decision

We all go through our life with struggles and hope. Dreams and pains. We all make it through our days. Then all of a sudden, something happens. We need to make a decision. It feels like our D-Day. When my son was just 2 months old, I got fired. I understood their decision. I was not the right fit. So I went home. With all that pressure on my back, my son was all happy to see me. He slept so peacefully. I was up at 2 am. What am I going to do next? I was absent, caught in my own thoughts. I…

  • Why giving first sets you apart

One question is always here:How do I stand out? I want to show that I’m different. There is so much content produced every day that it’s hard to keep up with it all. Yet it’s not coming easy to stand out. The one sure thing we know is: If you do what everybody does — it’s a sure way to blend in with the crowd. There is a trend that I’m seeing. It’s not a new trend.Everybody is only talking about themselves. The major question always is: What’s in it for me? That’s the main attitude most…
