Why Your To-Do List Might Be Holding You Back

Our to-do list feels endless.
There are so many things we could do. Some are more important than others.

I recently listened to a podcast. They were chatting about this one guy being paid a lot to be an advisor.
Yet he didn’t do much.
He said that his job was not to add to the tasks in the business,
but to make sure they didn’t do anything that hindered the business profits.

I have also experienced the same thing.

The real difference between success and failure is to do the right things and not get distracted.

This is probably the biggest decision.

We can feel like progress, but in reality we can’t do the one thing that will move us forward.
That’s the task we need to look at.

We need to make sure to do the right things.
We need to act with clarity, and not fast.

This is the number one thing I hear from my clients:
The clarity makes the difference.

Knowing what to do → then do it.

Because only action can move us forward.

So your progress will be a lot faster when you know the right thing to do and then also doing it.

This will build your business and it will feel like you’re speed-running,
when in reality, you actually do less.
It is just more focused.

  • Your Industry Doesn’t Matter

Hey Reader, I have seen this topic a lot on X/Twitter. There is an issue I see in how many businesses start: They start with the topic or industry first. This is easy—because you don’t need to put a lot of thought into it. But there’s a big flaw. I don’t want to be known in an industry.I’d rather be known to my people. On first sight, it seems like there is no difference. But when you dive deeper—there is a large difference. When you’re known as a Fitness Coach, writing a book might be still…

  • Your Personal Brand is not just online.

Hey Reader, I was just chatting with a young man. He is struggling to get clients online. He said his personal brand isn’t growing enough. He doesn’t get any inbound leads. I asked him: What are you doing in real life? Offline. What contacts do you have? Who are the people you’re already spending time with? These are important because a Personal Brand is basically your reputation and trustworthiness. It is so much easier to build a good reputation when your trustworthiness is offline. We have…

When it comes to pricing your offer (product or service), most get nervous. I did too. There is much pressure to get the price right. It also puts an expectation up for our clients. It feels nerve-wracking.Separated from reality. In reality, most entrepreneurs overprice or undercharge. Both of them don’t get you any…

I’ve been doing content marketing for almost 5 years. It definitely changed over the last year. There is a flood of content out there that is just generated by AI.It is getting easier to stay consistent. There is also a pattern I observe: I’m not trying to compete with AI.Since it’s a tool, I can use it well or…
